HOW TO APPLY
- Clean and dry your skin completely. Avoid using oils, lotions, or treatments.
- Remove the first half (bottom half) of the liner and attach it horizontally to your tummy about 3 inches below your belly button. Rub for 2 minutes.
- Remove the second half (upper half) of the liner.
- Suck in your tummy as tight as possible, pull the top of the Skinnies tape upwards, and attach it to the upper tummy.
- Secure the tape and rub for another 2 minutes. Do not touch the second half of the tape to your upper tummy until fully lifted.
HOW TO REMOVE
- Gently lift a corner of the tape and slowly roll it backward, gliding fingers across the skin.
- Use body oil to remove any residue.
