  • Flat Shipping Fee: PKR 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. Ubanza is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assist you promptly.
